This table of Grassmannian packings was created by N. J. A. Sloane based on joint work with R. H. Hardin and J. H. Conway in Packing lines, planes, etc.: packings in Grassmannian spaces (Experiment. Math. 5 (1996), 139–159, https://projecteuclid.org/euclid.em/1047565645). Sloane has since retired from AT&T Labs, and I’ve taken over maintaining the table. Please let me know if you can improve on any of these records.

See the paper for definitions and background. The squared chordal distance column lists the largest value known for any packing of N subspaces of dimension n in m dimensions, while the bound column lists the minimum of the simplex and orthoplex bounds from Section 5 of the paper and the trivial upper bound d2n. This upper bound is always rounded up, while the squared chordal distance is rounded down. Cases in which these bounds agree up to rounding are marked with ∗, and the notes column gives credit for improvements to the original table or further information, such as whether the listed upper bound is tight (i.e., whether there exists a code that exactly meets the bound).

You can download a tar file of all these configurations here. The file names are of the form mnN.txt, and the files list one vector per line, with m coordinates separated by commas. The first n lines specify an orthonormal basis for the first subspace, and so on.
